Class of the Holy Spirit

Led by Pam Vollmer is studying Spiritual Warfare/Being OLed by the Holy Spirit and Operating in the Spiritual Gifts.

Children & Youth Classes

We take their spiritual growth seriously and work hard to teach them to see God, hear God and feel God around them.

We have 5 children and youth Sunday School classes that connect kids to God’s Word.  They are divided as follows in order to make learning the bible age-appropriate and fun.

Preschool-Kindergarten

Tiffany Buckler, Charlie & Marsha Dunsil, Ashley Enneking-- teachers
•    Children are welcomed and nurtured through simple Bible stories that teach about spiritual values and the love of God through Jesus.  We sing songs, color and have crafts to illustrate the lesson or season.

Primary/1st and 2nd Graders

Christy Heaton, Lee Ann Lewis--teachers
•    Learning continues to be multi-sensory as children learn more Bible stories through activities, crafts, games, music and lessons.

Middlers/3rd and 4th Graders

Courtney Hughes, Ruth Hughes, Rita Wilkening--teachers.
•    Our Middlers begin learning how to use their Bibles and start to delve deeper into bible truths and concepts such as the Holy Spirit, salvation, baptism, the Lord’s Supper.

Junior High/5th-8th Graders

Debby Allen--teacher.
•    As kids get older they begin to ask tough questions!   In the Junior High class we continue to learn more about how to use the bible and apply scripture as we grapple with real-life situations.

Senior High/Grades 9-12

Mike Hughes--teacher
•    Seniors are challenged to think critically about their faith in ways that prepare them to bring Christ into their teen life experiences.  Our goal is to provide a solid support network for kids to express themselves and live out the Christian life.
